I have our Sky puck on a TV connected to a wifi extender as the wifi signal is so poor it doesn't reach our main TV. On this TV in the family room, we get frequent screen freezing and sound/picture mismatches. Using Sky Go or Sky Sports via wifi, connected to a TV closer to the router, on the main wifi, I get the same issues. The wifi extended has worked fine for streaming for 2/3 years at our old property. The overall quality/reliability is poor compared to our old supplier - Virgin. Please investigate and resolve ASAP.
