Streaming constantly freezing

Hi I recently had super fast broadband installed and am having ongoing issues with the screen freezing on my smart tv in my bedroom, and on my mobile phone. The new WiFi router is now installed in the utility room and my bedroom is the other side of the house. I never had any issues with the old broadband but it continually  drops off

my other router was in the middle of the house. I'm disappointed that I've upgraded my broadband and am experience a reduced service.

do I need a booster.

my husband has the same issues on multiple devices. If this can't be solved I will need to return to the previous beoadband.

the tests online say it's working fine but I have an issue message my MySky and when I called to do the tests it said there is a connection issue in the house and to go to do the test on line

i am just going around in circles

I am recuperating st home from. Period of time in hospital and it's frustrating that the tv is continually dropping of

appreciate your help

@Kaylar101 if your hub has been moved which commonly happens when full fibre is installed that will cause the WiFi signal to change. In a few cases where customers have Sky Q and the switch to fibre came with a new white Sky hub the Q boxes stop acting as WiFi extenders which also changes the WiFi signal.

Poor WiFi coverage is probably the most common question we get in the forum. In many homes a single Sky hub cannot provide a usable wifi signal in every room due to the layout and type of construction of the property especially in older homes. Assuming the hub is in the best possible position which is out in the open on a surfsce then the only answer is additional wifi sources.

Your choice.is to either buy Sky's add-on WiFi Max bundle which can supply up to 3 extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or buy your own wifi system and use that instead of the Sky hub's WiFi.
