Streaming buffers every night same time

Every night streaming services (mainly Disney) start to buffer around 9pm. Not sure if it's internet connection, q box or apps. Any help?

I also have the same issue with disney at the same time each night

@CJGeorge & @Kai6 there is nothing obvious that should cause issues with streaming that happens around 9pm.

Two possibilities  first is some event in your houses that causes interference. In the past things like a heating system switching off or on has caused issues or someone using a microwave with a slight leak of radiation can cause wifi signals to have issues. The second is interference from neighbour's wifi networks butvthst usuallybis not at a fixed time.
