Every night streaming services (mainly Disney) start to buffer around 9pm. Not sure if it's internet connection, q box or apps. Any help?

Two possibilities first is some event in your houses that causes interference. In the past things like a heating system switching off or on has caused issues or someone using a microwave with a slight leak of radiation can cause wifi signals to have issues. The second is interference from neighbour's wifi networks butvthst usuallybis not at a fixed time.
