Stream issues

Hiya

We are having numerous issues with our Sky Stream set up.

First, it's impossible to get the sound synchronised with the picture. I have tried adjusting the delay on the TVs but it makes no difference. This happens on TV channels and streaming services.

Second, we keep getting the loading/biffering circle on the screen. There are two of us in the house so we are not a heavy use household and we have 500mb broadband so that should not happen.

Third we get internittent interuptions in the programmes when the screen goes black for 5-10 seconds and then restarts. When it restarts the timer bar is on the bottom of the screen and you have to puase and re-start to get rid of it.

Fourth we get intermittent "there is a technical fault with this programme. Please try again later" message.

Finally we are struggling to get a decent signal across the ground floor of the house casuing Spotify and BBC Sounds to drop out constantly.

Sorry for such a long e mail but we have a number of issues.

I have tried resetting everything numerous times which solves the issue for a day or two but then it returns.

Thanks a lot
