Strange Giga-Fast Broadband Behaviour!

Hello guys!

Yesterday morning, some websites (Twitch, for example) and gaming apps began struggling to open. My speeds seem fine, and I've disconnected the router several times, onece for over two hours on the advice of a City Fibre technician. I've also messed around with Sky Shield settings. My PC is connected with. Cat 7 Ethernet cable. My iPhone and iPad are a,so exhibiting weird behaviour. My utilities app won't open, nor can I open their website. However, the instant I switch off WiFi, it works. Games on the PC load, but take ages to login, if at all. I'm in a G postcode.  I'm fairly new to Sky broadband, and for the first two months it had worked flawlessly. On the Sky app, it says "speed to the house POOR" yet Ican stream movies on my Sony Bravia no problem. Very strange and annoying.
