Storm damage

Landline outside damaged and hanging dangerously due to storm damage, phone still working

If wires are hanging dangerously you can call Openreach direct.

Obviously after the disruption and damage caused by Storm Eowyn Openreach will be inundated with calls for service even those deemed as potentially dangerous.

Phone lines are down now one week, when will it be repaire

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. 

You post has been removed because of all the personal information you posted on a public forum. It will return on being moderated after the weekend.

 

Suffice to say we can't say how long it will take Openreach to repair the many thousands of faults reported in the last week.
