Internet down since 12am as always

No devices will connect to the internet and I work from home so need my laptop and phone connected

@Anonymous loss of connection between midnightvand 5am can be due to essential overnight maintenace work rather than a fault. If yiur service is still down this morning run the Service Checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection as that will tell you if Sky are aware of an issue with your line if they aren't give them a call to report it. Working from home using a domestic connection does not give you any priority.
