Stopping the cancellation of broadband and phone services

Hello

long story but myself and wife are splitting up.

we went to cancel the Sky services but after finding some common ground between ourselves, I decided to keep it on for the time being. 
so I cancelled the cancellation effectively and it was dealt with and I was assured that the services would remain as is. 
My My Sky app continues to show the cancellation of the broadband????
3 times now I have been assured that the services will remain and 3 times I have been assured that emails confirming this have been sent which would be nice just to have a record because I am beginning to sense this could go horribly wrong. 
I have confirmed my email address each time. 
And 3 times I haven't received any emails at all. 
I am getting emails from Sky so that's not a problem but I don't know what to do next now. It's driving me nuts

@pking1 not sure what more you can do if Sky have repeatedly told you the same informstion. Assuming the account is in your name (Sky accounts cannot have joint names). It is strange you are not getting the emails but you should be able to see the copies in the My Sky app click on the account icon top left of the home page and you will see a menu including my messages.

I don't think there is much more I can do. 
I even raised a complaint last night. 
they have replied but again their answer isn't straightforward so the questions still remain. 
And I have checked for messages on my app and there is nothing in there. 
Very very frustrating and will probably come down to if we still have broadband on the day it was gonna be cancelled
