I have posted previously and am still no further on after nearly 3 weeks, I have had to cancel due to the problems but I still need internet ASAP! I can't get through on the phone just keeps cutting me off can anyone help with how to speak to someone?? I appreciate they might be sick of me and/or have given up because of the cancellation 🙄
