Openreach came last week to install my Sky TV and Broadband but was unable to carryout the work as there was no phone line. The engineer informed me that the infrastructure was outside my property but there was no feed into it. They said that someone will attend to carryout a survey.
Since then nobody from Sky has contacted me about the next step.
