Still not installed

Am really disappointed about your service its being 2 weeks still the broadband not installed.

@Ayisha27  I'm afraid you're not talking to Sky but to other customers.  Have Sky said wht the issue is?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
