Still no installation

I been waiting since the 6th February still no broadband installation but today i noticed sky have been billing me since the 13th February for sky tv now im aware of the sky puck charging separately but they have charged me twice at £22 one day after the installation date of the broadband which still hasn't happened and billed me again yesterday the 7th March obviously not only is this clearly not a even a month but the charged amount doesn't add up since the bundle i took was a fiber deal with sky puck added on for £45 total the sky stream was never £22 to add or remove from the bundle i never got a single email bill text notification of any kind i was getting or going to be billed since the start of all this in fact one of the reps told me i will not be billed until installation has been sorted by a engineer and not to worry about the big out of contract bills im getting from virgin just pay them and sky will cover it once installation is live but at this point i don't believe or trust any of the practices already

Stream television billing starts automatically three weeks after delivery.  Sky Stream pucks work on Virgin broadband (as well as any other ISP)

First bills are often different to the regular monthly amount because they aren't for a calendar month.

Sky will cover up to £100 for broadband and £100 for television in early exit charges: that's not the same thing as out of contract billing.

It's the £6.10 daily rate compensation for delayed activation which should apply here.
