Still no broadband
Our activation date was the 18th September. It didn't happen and because we have no broadband we have no television due to having Sky Glass. No WIFI means we rely on our mobile data, which is limited. Sky are now saying it could be at least the 24th September before anything starts getting resolved. This is totally unacceptable. To say we are annoyed is an understatement. Have been in the phone constantly but to no avail. Unbelievable!

Re: Still no broadband
All they keep saying is it's an Openreach problem. I get the compensation but that doesn't solve the fact we literally have no broadband which means it's impossible to do any in our home. We have missed the rugby World Cup semi final and the Grand Prix later today, never mind just chilling as a family in the evening. Absolutely shocking service.

If that's the case then there's not a lot an ISP can do about it.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
