Update recieved on the 10th july that " Openreach need to lay the casings which will protect the cables from damage. This will be from the telephone exchange to your property. Further work will be required when this is completed. You will receive a text with an update on your order on 18/07/2025"

CISAS

My complaint has been open for more than 8 weeks, is there any point going through with a CISAS complaint?

@M44m3  Only you can decide whether to go forward with CISAS but you would need a deadlock letter from sky before doing so

Update. 

A new pole was set up yesterday, and internal work done today. The wire still isnt 5.5m clearance above the road in front of my house so still no broadband. (Why this couldnt have been measured before a new pole was set up is beyond be) Waiting on an update by the end of the week. Such a wild experience. Engineers said the pole will have to be moved which im sure will take many more months 😕

No internet, the hub has 3 green lights on but nothing
