Sonce having superfast 100 broadband I am having trouble connecting to alexa but can connect to dot. Downloadind sky email app and connecting to solax.
@Flappy1 Same hub as before your upgrade or did you change it at that time from the Black to the White? When fibre was changed did your hub move at all from the previous place that you had it all when connected to the telephone line?
@Flappy1 Par for par they two are about the same for working, so if it did not get postioned by far then really should be about the same for the wireless wi-fi control, that's what i found anyway when i changed from Q to the Sky Broadband Hub way back 2019! Even back Mar 2025 when i returned sky did send me a refurb SR203 but it was ok only had it on for about 8 weeks but never throw up any wobbles even put the old SE210 back on as well to make sure, did need that as was needed before!
