Still having the same issue as before.

I have complained about this since receiving my new box and order I got a booster which has not helped and my room does not connect to the hub it keeps going off I am getting very frustrated now and if this continues will have to cancel and go elsewhere so can someone please get in contact regard to this possibly need a new box I'm pay My for WiFi that is not working correctly and also paying for the extra guarantee WiFi which I have not received from renewing my contract this must be fixed as I will be cancelling my contract with sky

@Nadia13 you are not addressing Sky by posting in the forum you will have to call them if you need their help.

 

The service you buy from Sky guaranteees a certain speed to the broadband service to your hub but the samecguarantee doesn't extend to the speed of the WiFi in your home simply because that is affected by the layout and type of construction of your home. If you have bought Sky WiFi Max and the extender Sky supplied is not giving you wifi in every room call them and they should arrange for an engineer to come out to test your system.
