Still having connectivity issues
Hi
I've had engineers out to correct the ongoing problems at my house.
They worked for the first few hours and we're now back to the sky q mini boxes losing connection and needing to be rebooted or just not using them due to them not working.
On the last visit, the engineer changed the hub as it wasn't working properly. I still think there's an issue with the boxes otherwise there is no explanation as to why this keeps happening. It doesn't happen to the main box.
I just want this sorting.
