Still having WiFi connection

Hello. I contacted sky about my broadband back in April. When we were with Vodafone everything worked fine. We moved to sky and now we're having constant problems. Our Ring camera will only connect if we restart the hub. Alexa drops out. On occasion the film we are streaming the picture takes a while to catch up. My phone works better on 4g (even 3G) than when it's connected to the WiFi. We was sent a new router but because we missed the delivery twice it got sent back. So in the meantime we've just put up with the monstrosity. I really wished we never moved to Sky. We need a booster. This router is not fit for purpose. I need this fixed and sorted fast.
