Still dropping out!!
We had a BT engineer last week, was told all the problem with my broadband dropping out was sorted, done this and that! I've had drop outs nearly everyday since, check on the app as I'm told to on the automated service and there's no fault!! It's a waste of good money and I'm at my wits end as I work from home a few times a week!

You need to contact Sky again so they can pass it to Openreach again (not BT).
Sky broadband being discussed here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for those customers working from home to use it, they won’t receive additional or quicker support.
