Steaming quality

I'm trying to watch the football and the stream is terrible. I'm not paying for this kind of service I've miss both goals and the picture is just a blur. This is not acceptable

Absolutely terrible - paused that much my applewatch told me about a goal 3

mins after it was scored!!!
