Static IP

Hi

 

Do Sky offer a static ip address for customers or not? I'm sick o f my NAS & streaming pc disconecting all the time when i restart router

@Shaun-87  Sky don't offer static IP's on their Domestic service.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

My knowledge on this is limited, but can you confirm it is definitely an external static IP you are asking for, not how to set an internal one for both the NAS and streaming PC?

One complication is that Sky does offer a fixed external IP option on its Business Broadband range, but not domestic broadband: this confuses some AI search results.
