Splitting the 2.4 and 5ghz on full fibre
I recently upgraded to full fibre and my video doorbell only supports 2.4ghz. Does anyone if it's possible to split the frequencies on full fibre? I logged onto the router but there's no options to split them.

That's not possible on the white Max Hub (and probably not on the new Gigabit+ Hub either)

Re: Splitting the 2.4 and 5ghz on full fibre
@CBear88 however thst should not necessarily stop you being able to connect a doorbell that only uses the 2.4GHz band. Many systems like Ring will connectvto a dualband WiFi network but only uses the 2.4GHz signal to connect. If your system won't connect simply temporarily turn off tge 5GHz band using the advanced settings for the hub in the My Sky app then once thechub restarts use thecapp to connect the doirbell once connected then restart the 5GHz band and the unit should stay connected.
