Speedtest 4.07mbps v 486Mb/s

How can there such a disparity in paid for speed and actual speed?  And then when I ran the tests, Sky say everything is working normal!!!

As a follow up: It looks like its the repeater that was supplied by Sky.  Moved the repeater to another room and already the speed jumped to 20ish

@NYCSavage your "repeater" needs a good connection to the hub to be of any use so should be placed no more than halfway between where you need the boost and the hub. Placed too far away from the hub they can actually slow down WiFi. A good position in most homes is in a hall or ona landing.
