Hi Broadband issue at Gorgie

Hi all, I am at Gorgie location and experienceing issue with SKY broadband and WiFi at home. It is very slow ( though I have their fastest Internet option) and whenever I am checking the issue with SKY app the broadband and WiFi is green and showing no issuesą„¤ There is constant dropping of on signals, currently 2 laptops and 3 phones are connectedą„¤ Nothing blocking or jamming the signal. Please respond

The issue is persistent and I didn't get response from sky after initial response

@tM as you did not use the chat facility within 48 hours it was closed and the chat icon removed from your forum pages. You can of course call Sky to get help
