Speeds

Please check our speeds. When we measure ourselves (with wifi) it is under 150 mb, when you measure it is faster. It used to be much faster. Perhaps the hub you sent us is not performing as well as it should. Either way, this is not sustainable for us.

WiFi is not the same as speed at the Hub.

Yes I know that, but sky also provide a measure for speed at device. This is not correct.
