Lap top says download speed 40-50mbs sky check says 150.

Every day Sky Q boxes say no internet and have to be reset,

Sky channels change for no reason and have to use remote to get to the right channel

Is that a laptop using WiFi?

The Sky check reports speed arriving at the Hub, not wireless from it.
