Speed

My speed is awful. Speedtest by Ookla is saying 3.63 mbps - yet Sky are claiming I'm well above their minimum 50mbps promise at 70 mbps. This isn't good enough

If you are 'testing' on a wireless device then both those results are entirely plausible.
