Speed to hub - Poor

Hi, speed to hub was in the 70s in the middle of August. All of a sudden it's now way down 20s. We moved the landline and the hub and replaced cables and micro filter. It has increased to 34.2 but still nowhere near previous speeds. I'm told by IT that this is why my sound is dropping in Teams calls on work laptop. Any other suggestions? Moving to another company isn't really something I want to do 🙄
