Broadband Issue

Hi,

 

Have had a sky engineer install new wifi yesterday (FTTP)

 

the internet light is amber 

 

every other light is green

 

have tried resetting to no avail.

 

anything i can do to fix?

Could you run the service checker on your my sky app using mobile data. . If it returns all green ticks then run it again by clicking test my connection in the blue box

Yes - when I test it says to call an expert as the broadband is not working.

 

Spent 25 minutes on the phone yesterday and essentially all I was told to do was turn it on and off again. They said I had to call Monday
