Speed test

Got fibre 300... Both speed Tests I've used Ookla and Fast... Neither even 90mbps. Am I missing something as Sky say it's 308 on the Sky app!?

Probably,  yes.  The Sky test reports speed delivered as far as the Hub over optical fibre and ethernet cable: if you are accessing those sites using a wireless device then what you are testing is the local WiFi.

Understood but 75mbps?! Who pays much heed to ethernet speeds as almost everything in the house is WiFi?!

What device are you testing on and in which room, how far from the hub?

My iPhone 17 in back room 2 away from router but there's a booster about 4m away from me open door. The Firestick shows even less speed making streaming nigh impossible on HD so using SD 😞
