Speed test shows awful results

My laptop is slow. Done a speed test and it says download speed is 45.31mbps and upload speed is 86.24mbps. The downlaod speed is normally about 380 which is still low for what is should be

@Julie007 speed tests record the slowest part of the connection which if you are using WiFi is usually the link between thevhub and your device. To get spees over 300Mb/s you will need to be in thecsame area as the hub.
