I've had my Sky connection activated today, and should be getting 60-70mbps on Fibre (to cabinet, not FTTP). I appreciate the line management period, however, the max speed we've got today is 15mbps. Is that normal, or is there a line fault?

To follow up - the router stats say our downstream is currently (Kbps) 21131, which is far below the minimum 45mbps we're guaranteed.
