Speed issues
We have only been using your broadband since Friday but the speed is not anywhere near what you say it should be. We have screen shots showing download speeds of 181.9 and on occasions could not use mobiles on the Wi-Fi and the sky glass tv has had issues with connection on 2 occasions. On set up we had a message from Openreach saying they noted a problem with the ONT box Please advise what we need to do to get this resolved. Thank you

Re: Speed issues
@VickyMH you are not talking yo Sky by posting in this forum. Thecspeed Sky guarantee is the Broadband speed to the hub which you can check by runningbthe servicecchecker in the My Sky app. If you need to access the full bandwidth on a single device you would need to use an Ethernet connection. Spedds over WiFi depend on the layout of your home and how it is built so Sky like all other ISPs cannot guarantee.
Your issues sound be related to devices being in areas with poor WiFi signal strength. If that sounds likely call Sky as they can sell you their Sky WiFi Max add-on which gives access to up to 3 WiFi extrnders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
