Speed falls after 6 pm

My speed drops so much at 6 pm that I can't even open a website properly.

What broadband/fibre package are you on? What router do you use?

When does it improve again? Sounds again like this is just down to peak times. If you don't have a good connection and the neighbours are all using the internet then it can put a strain on it. But it shouldn't be so bad that things don't open/load properly.

I use a white Sky router They gave it to me and I have a 75 Mbps speed package. On their website it says that it's fast internet.

@anastasija1 if you are using WiFi then the most liiely cause of loss of speed after 6pm is interference either from neighbours' WiFi networks or possibly from other equipment in your home. Rebooting your Sky hub can help if the cause is due to other networks using the same orcadjacent WiFi channels but that is often a short term gain. A better long term solution is improving the WiFi coversge in your home perhaps by adding Sky's WiFi Max bundle to your subscription which can get you up to 3 extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

Your service is sold as Superfast which it was in comparison with the earlier ADSL services. Since then Sky has introduced Ultrafast for services between 100 to 500Mb/s, Gigafast for services delivering 900Mb/s and Gigafast+ for services up to 5Gb/s. However you require a full fibre line to be able to get those faster services.
