Speed and connection

The last 2 days my Internet has been real bad to the point iv disconnected as my phone signal has been better and my son has to keep connecting to next doors wifi iv ran checks on the app it says everything is fine but when it shows devices that are connected it says 0 when there are thing connected to the WiFi I pay for the second fastest but don't feel like I'm getting what I pay for
