Speed and booster not cutting it

We have 150mb Fibre However I am only get 10 to 15mb download speed in the room with the booster even though the booster is only like 20feet away from the router and only one level no stairs My ps5 just has really bad ping pretty much unplayable Download speed on the ps5 is 5mb and 11 upload my phone is max 10 -15mb download 28mb upload Surely this is not enough

@Danniking92 what hub do you have and which booster? Unless the two are matched the booster can make WiFi worse not better as the two can interfere. Also does your property have solid internal walls?
