can't play the PlayStation 5 as it is lagging on games such as FIFA.

@LVNS1001 how is the PS5 connected to your Sky hub. If you sre using WiFi thst frequently introduces lag due to packet loss. Improving the connection to the hub is likely to help ideally use an Ethernet cable connecting the hub and PS5 but failing that a powerline networking kit that uses the mains wiring to carry the data is often a good alternative.

Thanks for your help. I pay for the fastest broadband just to ensure there is no lagging when gaming. I would like Sky to sort it out but they just told me to reset the router - it's not made a difference!
