Some web pages won't load unless on VPN

Really weird one, but some websites either load really slowly, or time out during loading, but when I turn on a VPN they load instantly.  An example of this is https://www.parkrun.org.uk/.  Other pages load fine, and when on VPN speeds are great too.

Any guidance on what might be going on?

@OwlOnWheels 

Usually caused by Sky Shield or a bad public IP. 

Try disabling Sky Shield and unplugging your hub for 30mins for a new public IP
