Solid red light on open reach box

I have no internet due to the red light on the openreach box that connects the phone line to my broadband router and tried to fix it via my sky and hasn't worked, I've tried disconnecting it and when it came back on still nothing, all lights on router are on except internet light

Any broadband issues between midnight and 7am could be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption. There’s no pre-warning of this. See this pinned post at the top of the Broadband board from Sky which could be relevant any night this happens…
