The external one presumably? We're only other customers here I'm afraid, you'll need to phone or chat with Sky directly. Either 150 on a Sky broadband landline or Sky mobile or have a look at https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky

@Mark852 you need to report the issuecto Sky. If it is the cable coming into your home they will arrange for Openreach to come out to fix it. If its the cabke between the master socket/ONT and  the hub then they will send iut a replacement hub with cables.

 

To make that  easy I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
