The wall socket has been accidentally smashed so there's no broadband or TV and I don't know how to ring and get an engineer- Very urgent if anyone can help with a telephone number to speak to an actual person… The virtual assistant is useless in this instant

Note that 'very urgent' isn't really applicable to domestic broadband: the Openreach target time to fix a fault logged this evening would be by the end of the day on Thursday.
