Smart plugs won't connet to Sky Max Hub
Have some Teckin SP27 smart which I've been using for years with my old sky router. Just received Sky Max Hub and cannot get them to connect. Have tried resetting plugs and turning off 5ghz on the router but no joy. Any help would be greatly appreciated before I take the plunge on new plugs!

Re: Smart plugs won't connet to Sky Max Hub
@Paul221 the recommended dteps to connect IOT kit to a Sky Max hub is to temporarily turn off the 5GHz wifi band using the My Sky app. Check thst the device running the app is still connected and then connect the plugs. Once connected re-enable the 5GHz band and the plugs should stay connected.
if the plugs wont connnect with the 5GHz off then go into the wifi security settings in thecapp and change the setting from wpa3-t to wpa2 which may help.
