Slow wifi

Engineer called checked setup inside and all.is well, he said there is a problem  with outside line, he went to check a day later he still hasn't come back and I'm just left in the dark ,and when I tried to contact sky all it says engineer  has been booked and I can't go any further , I can't even get through to the bot, frustrated

@Mark788 the My Orders section of the My Sky app will show the current position. It is not uncommon where testing indicates an external gault for a different engineer to be required to sort the issue which can be anywhere between your home and the exchange. Sky will only be able to tell you the same information if you call. If the order has been closed but uour service is still down call Sky to report thst fact.
