@Goodfellow1 You are contacting the Forum and not Sky, nothing can be done for you this way, and the short description you have put would not help anyone also.
Nothing can be done anyway with sky. They are absolutely useless. They will not admit that their products are not fit for purpose. So therefore you are wasting your time.
