@Olieb1 You are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum.

If the hub is staying connected (check the leds on the hub see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) but some devices are losing connection it sounds like poor WiFi signal levels in your home. Each property is different as the layout, type of construction and level of interference affect WiFi coverage. The single free wifi hub Skt supplies is not always sufficent especially where people need to use the service to work from home.

There are things you can do to help first is placing the hub out in the open on a surface so its signals aren't being blocked by radiators and similar obstructions. Ideally it should be as central in the property as possible and reasonably close to the rooms you use to work from.If that still doesnt help and a simple reboot (this can help if the issue is interference) then you are into spending money.

Upgrading to Sky's Broadband boost bundle can get you a free booster if you ask for one which can help if an area of your home has poor coverage the booster is placed midway between the hub and the area needing the boost. The more technically advanced WiFi Max bundle gets you a more modern white hub and up ton3 extenders which can in many homes give fast WiFi throughout but at £7.50 a month gets pricy in the long run. Alternstively you can buy third party WiFi kit yourself.
