Slow wifi

My WiFi connection is so slow in my home. There is only 2 of us using it and I can't even get a connection in my bedroom. It also cuts out in my bathroom when the door is closed. It is in my lounge as that's the only place we can put it and don't want to pay more for a better WiFi when this should be plenty for 2 people. Please help.

Unfortunately I think you'll find that if you don't choose to add the WiFi Max subscription supplement onto the account then there's only a very limited amount of support which Sky will offer.
