Slow wifi

Very slow WiFi speed for weeks now. Between 10-15 mb. Tried all the usual turn off, reboot etc etc yet the My Sky app says everything is 'Good'.
It's poor when paying dearly and supposed to have ultra fast guaranteed speeds yet can't even watch Netflix on my phone / iPad without buffering

Do you have a poor signal, if so have a read of this::

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
