Slow wifi

Following a fault fix the WiFi began cutting out briefly and with slow downloads. A check showed poor connection to the hub. Today a further check showed that I had had less than the guaranteed speed for more than 3 days in the last 30, please call to claim. Got through, passed to virtual assistant who asked various questions then said sorry they couldn't help me today and said to try you. Any suggestions how I actually get to speak to someone?

@Knora Same process as before and ask for technical help, see if it gets you to CS and person to speak to.

Thank you, tried again and now have engineer coming on Monday. Sky very difficult to get hold of!

Once again waiting for an engineer

Exactly one month ago an engineer called  because of problems with Sky streaming.  She said my broadband speed was too low did what she could and arranged for a new hub. This afternoon connection kept dropping out and tv kept buffering. Have no tv or reliable broadband, and an engineer visit is being arranged. This twice in a month,  I am not happy!

@KnoraWhat speed and package are you on from sky, too the hub what is the normal kind of speed that you expect to get and when streaming have you ever been able to do that before. Intermittent line faults are hard to get sorted out at times!
