Slow wifi speeds using ethernet cable

Ive been testing the wifi on different devices reading at 2.5mbps on average.

Then when I do a broadband test through my account it boosts it to 70+. I only get these speeds for a short amount of time but none if I dont run a test.

Ive just plugged directly into the box with a cat 8 ethernet cable and its running maximum 20mbps.

Im not happy that im not getting good consistent speeds, please could you help me.

If you could post some screenshots of your ethernet speedtest & Sky line test that would be useful.

Also what broadband technology are you on? FTTC or FTTP?
