Slow wifi internet

The wifi speed has got very slow with buffering on YouTube and Netflix even the phones are struggling. I reported online and an appointment was made for an engineer on monday 9th june stayed at home for the day only to be told that the engineer was working outside and the issue has been resolved If this is not resolved will have to switch to another service provider.

As we are customers here there is little we can do for you as it is up to you to report this again to Sky either by doing as you did before or by calling Sky.
